In my opinion, the details are the most important. The small thing my change a lot.
Interior and exterior
A place where you will say “I do” and meet all your wedding guests.
That’s only my opinion based on facts from MK Wedding Photography’s life.
Since I have started my journey in wedding photography, I had a chance to photograph in over a hundred wedding venues across West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worchester area and much more. So, possibly I as a wedding photographer I can tell you a lot, and I am a good source of information. Especially, that I want to share them with you for free.
In this part of MK Wedding photography’s blog, I want to show you, I’d like to inspire you of what kind of places were popular in 2019 for weddings, and what places, in my opinion, will be popular in the future. So, if you will scroll down and have a look at the images, you will spot that on most of the photos you will see brown colour. Wood and bricks colour. In 2018 and 2019 I photographed in that kind of environment very often. All kind of barns became very popular in the last couple of years.
Barns vs hotels
In the last couple of years, I usually worked at hotels, somewhere near Coventry or other cities around the West Midlands and Warwickshire. Hotels like Coombe Abbey in Coventry, Brandon Hall in Coventry, Ansty Hall, Windmill Village Hotel… Now, I have moved more to wedding venues hidden somewhere in the countryside. That is all kind of barns. Converted from real barns to high standard wedding venues or build on a barn-style like The Mill Barns in Shropshire. To be honest. This is one of my favourite wedding venues.
